How to remove rear windows - Bluebird

I need to remove the rear windows on my bus (in the back door) without breaking them! Can anyone offer any tips, advice, or tutorials on how to do so? The bus is a 1992 Bluebird TC2000. Thanks in advance!

Push hard on a corner while trying to pry up the rubber seal around that area. Once you get a corner out the rest will remove with little effort. Let me just say that getting them out is the easy part. Just wait until it's time to put them back in

Now that's a pain in the arse!

Is there any way to avoid this arduous task? Take any other route if you can. I removed and reinserted my rear windows to fix some rust and I dread the thought of ever having to do it again...

I'm not TOO worried about putting them back in. I am actually attempting to replace them with an unbreakable, solid panel that I will be cutting from sheets of Duraplate I have. It's the material used on the side of semi trailers made here in the Midwest. A center sheet of composite material sandwiched between two thin layers of painted galvanized steel. Been watching a few videos on reinstallation. Did you reinstall using the methods with a string/rope?

Yep, did the rope trick. Still took two people and a good deal of pushing and shoving. It worked out in the end.
