While the MCI would probably be the quickest to get going in, if anything goes wrong especially with motor or transmission it will be the most expensive to fix. Even if you have the know how to do it yourself. Of the three I think the Bluebird would be the most reliable least expensive to fix.Don't buy anything that you can't hear run and take for a drive, especially since you indicate you know nothing about buses. If you aren't prepared/able to to much of the work yourself, labor will eat up that $$$$ quite quickly.
