Nope: Allstate's annual survey of cities based on accident frequency places Cleveland as average. Of course, every city and state has been targeted for ridicule at one time or another: here in Omaha it seems that red means "Go Huskers," not "Stop!"

And if that Cleveland woman can't wait for the school bus to get going again...use a different damn street!
