Re: Bus Accident

I can't imagine what it must be like for the families of the people killed. The fact that very few fatalities occur aboard school buses is small consolation if one of those fatalities was your loved one.

My girlfriend and I traveled across the Midwest in my Winnebago about a month ago. I love my Winnie, but if it were in the place of either of those buses in this crash...well, that's a major reason why I'm interested in switching to a skoolie.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all involved in this tragedy.

Re: Bus Accident

Truly a sad situation. I used to live out that way about 15 years ago. As I remember, that area always seemed to be under construction and begging for a wreck like this. We'll be on our knees praying this evening for those involved. Tragic.

When I began looking for a bus I went to their place to ask questions and look around. The only reason I didn't buy one of their older buses was that they didn't have any rear engine models. They have acres of old buses they use for parts.
Where in St. James is that place? I used Google Maps satellite photos and couldn't see it (yellow roofs of school buses show up nicely in sat shots). St. James Auto & Truck Parts shows up on the east end of town. However, based on the colors and size of the vehicles visible in the photo, they're mostly cars, SUVs, etc.

They have two lots:

Should come in nicely with 'Satellite' turned on. Let me know if you have any problems with the links.
