Centrifuge Learning Curves

Who"s using a centrifuge to filter their WVO? And what kind of set-up do you run. I'm thinking of adding an onboard system and I'm curious as to what people are doing in this regard. Any info/tips/links would be appreciated. RECYCLER

Re: Centrifuge Learning Curves

Sorry I can't offer any advice, but I wanted to add myself to the list of curious. I'm shopping around for centrifuges and wvo systems, and vegpower.com is the only company I've come across that has centrifuges for sale. Pricey, but looks pretty pro. Does anyone have any advice for building an on board system or care to explain to us noobs how centrifuge systems work?

Re: Centrifuge Learning Curves

Hey zombiecrow, there is a site called burnveg.com that is very useful for centrifuge info....in fact there is a forum almost dedicated to filtering and centrifuges. Well organized site and no halfbaked smitty opinions that belong on a different site.

Re: Centrifuge Learning Curves

check out pabiodiesel supply and also centrifuge for dummies.
i checked them out both on ebay and on some forums. it appears to be a lasting company and the units appear to be identical to the dieselcraft ones accept the price.
if you shop for your own fittings and gauges it can be done for like 50 percent of the diesel-craft price.
i think thats who i am going to buy from as soon as i get the room to setup my big filter unit......
