just wondering how many of us take long trips in there skoolies? 1000, 2000 miles, kms??

we are heading out to the east cost here in canada ( newfoundland) planning 30 nights or so on the road(staying in the bus) approx 10,000kms,when we get back home,we will also camp as much as we can .and do short weekend trips hopefully the cost of fuel will go down, and I have eveything finnished on the bus.

Haven't really been anywhere with the skoolie, just as a moving van to come out west (1700+ long life-sucking middle-of-July hot miles). In the Class C, we don't take trips... we MOVE (300 miles roughly). Prior to going fulltime, we had a pop-up camper and we would travel 500 miles max. But mostly it was 150 miles and under. At the time we lived in the places that other folks came to vacation in (Southern Applachian Mountains). Shortest trip was 5 miles (state park down the road from our house when we lived in SC).

When we bought our bus, I flew to NY to drive it back to Savannah, GA - that was about 1000 miles. Then, our maiden voyage (besides buzzing from place to place for prep work and whatnot) was about 10,000 miles and three months!
