1990 Chevy microbus
Hi, I've lurked here a bit for some time, and would like to post up my recently acquired bus. it's been semi converted, and seems in good shape.
The inside has had all the seats removed already. More details to come.

Welcome fellow skoolie,
Nice looking short bus. We look forward to sharing your build, and adventure with you.

Cool Shorty! --- what engine & tranny did it come with? And having the interior come striped, you should be done in about a week!

Re: 1990 Chevy microbus
It is a Chevy G30 chassis, but the engine is a 6.2L diesel. I'm unsure of the transmission at this time. It's automatic, I think 3-speed.
I'll throw some more pics up when I get them reduced, and/or hosted somewhere. Too many irons in the fire.

Whoa! Digging up my old thread here. The transmission is a TH400. The bus itself is a Carpenter build.
I have done a few things to the bus. Installed a passenger seat, and reconfigured the driver side shelving. I had some pics on the old phone, but it got stolen. I will get some new ones for you all.

Technically the irons have been in the fire, then loaded on the bus, transported here and there, unloaded, put in another fire, back on the bus, etc...
