I would take a multimeter and keep checking voltage tracing the wiring until you find where it stops. At least then you can narrow down the location. Check your ground.

What stuff said....

11.7 volts is roughly 35% state of charge. Either replace the other battery or charge them both. Try using a quality 3 stage charger.

i guess first you should tell us if you have any other power on the bus. if other stuff works good like the lights, for example, then maybe it is in the starting circuit.

with tandem batteries it always seems to be both are the problem. never one makes i more expensive lol
