Bus windows

I'm still thinking about my bus. It has a pretty good counter down the one side. I can probably do something similar down the other and put all my stuff in the bus in little cupboards (aside from some taller closets for things like dresses etc).

How do you make the windows non-transparent from the outside? There's some kind of black gunk that does that, I think.

How do you get the windows to lock so that the casual no-good person won't open it and climb in to try his luck?
