Advice on wall removal

So I'm ready to remove my walls but they are spot welded to the bottom of the window frame/outside skin. Should I leave this weld intact because it fits in the slot on the bottom of my window frame and prevents water from coming in? What point should I cut it at or do you have an alternative idea?

I cut mine off right at the ledge. I think I have a video some where will take a look.

But my skoolie neighbor azuleslight cut and then bent them under and it looks really nice. On my most current video near the end he shows how he did it.
