  • Consult the list (previously linked). If you find your body style, contact me.
  • If you don't find your body style, look here. Post details in this thread if you find it eventually, so the next person with your body style doesn't have to search randomly.
Forum posts are a horrible format for organizing such information, but it's all we have for now. If someone wants to start a publicly editable file (wiki article, Google Doc™ whatever...), please do.

I don't have a particular bus in mind, but any chance of getting a PDF fora 40' RE? Basically trying to see what maximized size looks like for sketchup/planning purposes. Thank you!

Hello, I saw my body type in the download list, but couldnt find the actual bus:

Vin: 1T88L2C2851148108

Body:48108-0349956-1108n

If anyone has come across an 1108N I'd appreciate a link.

this appears to late 90s 11 window like mine.
I was fortunate when I called Thomas... i gave them VIN and asked for build list. The OTHER info they gave me was 'seatplan': in my case 214437.
i realized the first 3 digits of the folder match the first 3 in the filename so i copied the above link:http://www.thomasbusonline.com/seats/110000/110773.pdf and changed it to match:http://www.thomasbusonline.com/seats/214000/214437.pdf

i dont know if this is news or not, but hope it helps somebody.

When I click to open the "whole damn directory", it says that the file is a .gz file and asks me what program I wanted to use to download it. I chose a program from a suggested directory from Microsoft, and all that came up was gobbledegook ... I have a 140YS-MD body style on the bus that I will be picking up next week. I'll be able to take my own measurements when I get it, but it would be nice to have these in advance.

According to the nameplate inside the bus (pics that I have) it is the following:

06077-0731878-140YS-MD (Maryland Specific, I guess)

It's a 2008 Thomas HDX pusher equipped with a handicapped lift amidship-passenger side. Any advice to find that?

Hi Mike

If you call Thomas at 855-253-0419 with the Vin (06077-0731878-140YS-MD) and ask them for the 'SEATPLAN', using the seatplan number you will have the folder and document name, unless i am mistaken.

good luck

This means Thomas has put seat plans back online! That's wonderful.

Has anybody put all the PDFs online somewhere? I've got a 95 40ft RE with the driver's e-door in front of the passenger side e-door. I am unable to access the website at all unfortunately

Useful Thomas Info

I stumbled upon some information that should be of interest/help to y'all. I found these awhile back and felt y'all would like to see this.

Between the three things I listed below, you pretty much have everything you ever wanted to know about a particular vehicle:

Body Header: 1-page sheet containing VIN-specific details like the body number, VIN, original customer information, order details, and seat plan information. Available for all years that I've searched for so far. (I've only checked to 1993, in my case)

Bill of Materials (BOM): Lays out all the components used to build the bus. Also includes PDF's with additional info as well. Pretty much anything you ever wanted to know, haha. Available for 2000 and newer IIRC.

Sales Options: As-Built options ordered with a particular bus. Available from 2003 and newer IIRC.

Seat Plan: Layout, configuration drawings of a particular bus. Available from from 2002 and newer IIRC.

Here's how you can find your Body Header.

NOTE: Body number does not have to match your body number found on your vehicle, as any body number will work. I used 11111 as an example and it worked for me. As long as you have the VIN, this link should work:

https://www.thomasbusonline.com/mytb...yno=11111&vin= (enter your VIN here)

Here's how you can find your Bill of Materials (Component schematics and parts used to build the vehicle).

NOTE: You'll need to the Body Number found in the header page linked above to show the correct vehicle information.

NOTE: There are two linked, one specifically for the Thomas C2, and one for all others. Non Thomas C2 (EF, EFX, FS-65, HDX) vehicles use the second link below. Saf-T-Liner C2 buses use the first link listed.

NOTE: Replace X's with body number and VIN number, respectively both found in the Header page above.

C2:
https://www.thomasbusonline.com/mytb...XXXXXX&level=1

NonC2:
https://www.thomasbusonline.com/mytb...XXXXXX&level=1

Here's how you can find your Sales Options (As-Built options from the factory). This one uses the Body Number to find the As-Built Options:

Sales Options (enter body number here)

Seat plans can also be found via this link. I've had some trouble finding the specific link for the plans where it will let me download them. I found this one and it's worked for me with no issues (https vs http in OP)

NOTE: Replace the X's in the link with the Seat Plan number found from your Header page above:

https://www.thomasbusonline.com/seats/XXX000/XXXXXX.pdf

I know that's quite a bit at once, and can be somewhat confusing, but I hope it makes sense and helps y'all! It's helped me and I don't even own a bus, haha.

You might also find some other interesting stuff in there, if you're willing to dig.

For example here's a full size RE.

I’m new to the forum. How do I get access to the plans?

This statement is no longer valid, as I do not currently have access to the plan files. Luckily, the files posted at Mega remain online.
