Best modification or upgrades

Don't try to start this to see other peoples modifications. Like cool and/or weird interior, exterior modifications. Stuff that nobody else has and or just better ways of doing stuff. I.E new dash board, exterior Slide out kitchen, air-conditioner upgrades modifications, roof upgrades, changed out steering wheel but mosty some of the coolest things you have see with any skoolie, bus, motorhome and campers. Please a lot of PICTURE the More the Better.

But Yes I have searched this site and all of Goolge. But it just keeps showing the same things over and over again. I want to see something someone put some time and a lot of though into it.

Aren't the ones on facebook and youtube fancy? Some folks here do some pretty fancy builds, but it's all a matter of perspective. Some of the coach builds are techy and fancy.

Yes they are. I like to build and modify all kinds of stuff. I like seeing other people ideas on pretty much anything they put some work into.

Some of us are minimalists in our builds, favoring function over asthetics. Also I don't want to sink my life savings into one bus. There's always a better bus out there. I'm just now trying to paint over the school bus yellow. Not fancy at all, but I got a really fancy stereo/GPS/blueray thingy. As this gets more completed I'd like to put in some nice woodworking with a lot of dovetail joinery. Still not fancy, unless you're a carpenter.

He's not looking for anything specific, and obviously not everyone can contribute to this thread, but it should make for a neat show-and-tell for those who have put extra time and effort into certain aspects of their skoolie!

Yes sir, that's what I'm looking for show-and-tell. Anything you have seen or built that was just the coolest best thing ever. And not some repurpose this repurpose that, reclaimed wood pallet stuff. But some real home ingenuity, like mini split air conditioners, basement mounted air conditioners, rollout kitchens, roll out toolboxes, helicopter pad, zombie proofing. But most of the stuff you see on the Internet is something somebody copy from somebody else that was found on Pinterest and Fakebook. I'm not with the fake life stuff I like real hard work ingenuity.

A tool box on the driver side big enough for air tools and a air hose reel.

I love checking out pinterest, google, and of course, this site for inspiration, and to see what people have managed to pull off. I'm all for stealing really ingenuitive designs, expanding on them, and making them my own.

The awesome thing about this forum is that 99% of the time you have access to pick the person's brain, when you are trying to copy them. If I only had the skill some people have lol

Absolutely! I doubt I would ever have had the confidence to take on a project like this if I hadn't found such a talented, creative, and supportive community. You guys are the best!
