Thanks everyone for the responses. A snowball is what many others may know as a snocone or snowcone. We are working on a mobile snoball truck. I did not have a chance to try the generator today.

Insulate the bajoogas out of that snow cone machine!! I had a commercial one that I used to sell out of. I kept all 4 clear sides exposed so people could see it. The "snow" only lasted a few minutes so I had to keep adding especially as I was opening the back to scoop it was allowing warm air in. The drain was a constant drizzle. I sold plenty and there was always a line waiting but I couldn't keep the ice stocked. I'd use it all, close to go buy more, etc. I had two large double insulated coolers with ice (cubed) as well as 4" pvc cut to 1' lengths filled to start the day.
Temps and humidity may be dif now in Texas than it was in FL 12 years ago.

The ice shaver we use dispenses the sno directly into the cups. We will mostly have to be sure we keep the ice block inside frozen and maybe put it back in the freezer if we will not be using it for a while. I am familiar with the type of machine you are talking about and I am certain the ice would melt very quickly in the heat.

Been thinking about this and looking around too. If I run my battery from under the hood parallel with a battery bank of two batteries or more and then to a DC to AC inverter, that should work. I am looking for the Royal Power PI-6000(6000 Watt Power Inverters 12 Volt DC To 110 Volt AC) or similar. Any recommendations?

No, I have not yet tried the gasoline powered generator. We plan to soon. If we do use the generator by itself, should we be able to just use that directly to a power strip/extension cord? Thank you for your help.

I bought the Aims Power Inverter charger since I wanted true sine power and
American made. Couldn't afford the Magnum Research brand but understand
they are the best.

We are currently using the below from Harbor Freight.

Cen-Tech 2000 Watt Continuous 4000 Watt Peak Power Inverter
2000 Watt Continuous/4000 Watt Peak Power Inverter

Works well with the engine running and handles the ice shaver machine and the freezer well. We usually just have the ice shaver machine itself plugged into the inverter. We do soometimes have to rev the engine a little if we idle too low. The inverter is connected directly to the battery under the hood, but we do plan on having a one or two battery bank with a battery isolator in between. We also used the gasoline powered generator for a job we had recently and it worked well.

As the power inverter works fine, we are scrapping the idea of using an uninterruptible power supply as an inverter. The inverter uses modified sine wave as does the gasoline powered generator. I do not anticipate any issues with this. I do think the battery bank will help.
