Good luck Chris. I found the logbook in my 92 TC2000. Called the local bus they got rid of it when retired the bus. I'd recommend if someone locates one, scan it ( and make a CD copy of the file) I do that with any books I have on my equipment. Even though the golf industry is way more tech friendly. They really don't want to work on the stuff these repair shops get a call, the dollar signs start flashing in front of them
Me? Just want to have one to save myself some time.

If you need something specific holler.
Just came across this thread. I'm trying to find an electrical drawing for my 95' Bluebird with an 8.3 Cummings. The link you provided has expired. Any chance you still have something?!?!

Thanks!

I called bluebird they sent me some stuff on my bluebird 92 TC2000 RE. Haven't had a chance to look at it as the weather's been bad here. The nice lady did tell me that they streamlined their staff so it isn't likely they will get the info onto a pdf format in the near future. I even volunteered to hire on and do it for them.

Ok had a chance to peruse my bluebird CD. Mostly cause it was raining. : doing happy Smurf dance: it has wiring, operators manual, line ticket info, original purchaser, and service parts(haven't opened that one) : passing out Smurf sauce: there were only 7 buses in this build order so don't know if its applicable to other TC2000 RE buses. She did say there was some info on the FE as well due to similar components. I have a paper copy of the operators handbook found it in the bus while cleaning the trash out. I also have a 4th grade science book as well.
I suggest folks do what I did. Go on the bluebird site or to the dealer click on contact us button and give model complete vin and ask. All they can do is say no or quote a price for it. Mine cost me nothing and they sent me a CD. : more Smurf sauce hic! :

Do you have one for a 1996 Bluebird tc2000 with the 5.9 6bt 12 valve?

Was just about to post the same link when I saw your reply. I work at a school bus dealership and have had a fair amount of luck finding much needed wiring info for Birds at https://www.blue-bird.com/blue-bird/...chematics.aspx
Not positive how far back they go though!

Service Manual

Just getting ready to start on our conversion. If anybody has a link for a service manual for a 2001 conventional BlueBird on IC chassis it would be much appreciated. Likewise a service manual for the 2001 IC chassis with DT466E would be great to come by as well!

I have a service manual for all DT466's.
I'll see if I can burn a copy.

Yes, that link is what I originally tried to obtain the schematic. Unfortunately that database only goes back to 97’.

I did what Golfersmurf57 said to do and used the contact form on the bluebird website.
2 weeks later I received an email with 12 schematic drawings of all the electrical components.[emoji322][emoji322][emoji322]

I just sent them to get printed onto architectural paper at Staples. Total cost $14.

Hopefully we’ll finally figure out this interlock wiring and get the bus started again!

I know you posted that a few years ago and I didn't see a reply, so I was wondering if you ever did find what you were needing?

If you are talking about a Ford 427 Big Block, then that's easy to find info on. It's a Ford FE Block (Ford-Edsel) made from 1950s through to the 90's. Many books on Amazon, et al on fixing, modifying, rebuilding, and even racing those engines. If it's not a Ford motor you have then I'm not sure what to tell you, but I'm not aware of any other 427.

Hope that helps.

The 427 Chevy found in buses is not the same 427 engine that was in Corvettes or other cars.

Found a lovely place with a lot of BB info. I have leached my fair share
So I wish to share with other people foolish enough to plunk-down money with no REAL expectations of a financial return (just learned cost for brake job, it's a learning thing)

My apologies to everyone.
I was not in a good frame of mind when I replied.
Unfortunately, I do not see how to go back and edit the previous post.
Bluebird Vantage is a good place to find info about your bus.

I called my local Bluebird dealer and a gent in the service department gave me detailed instructions on how to remove the interlock relay and bypass it. You may want to reach out to your local dealer?

Does anybody know of any available manuals (operator’s/service) that would be useful for a 1996 CS-FE? I looked through the bluebird link mentioned here but it seems all of the links are for the schoolbusses, and going through the 1997 manuals for them seem quite different from my CS-FE (Cummins 5.9L.)

Any links to any CS-FEs within a few years of 1996 would be much appreciated I am new here and have a lot to learn, but this bird will be my major project for this next year, and hopefully my beloved home for years to come!
