brake pad and caliper replacement

Hello all,

I have a 1988 GMC S6000 full size with hydraulic brakes. My left front caliper has frozen and I need to replace both the caliper and pads.

I got the wheel off but cannot figure out how the caliper comes off. Can someone help me out here? Thanks.

Re: brake pad and caliper replacement

The only bolts I see are the 4 nuts holding the entire back plate and hub assembly on. The only thing I see on the caliper itself is the bleed nut.
