Conversion midway lost data plate above driver?

So, I was elbows deep in removing all the metal skin on the walls and ceiling and didn't notice the data plate above the driver seat took a trip to the scrap yard! I still have all the original paperwork for the 1982 Blue Bird, but will this be a problem getting a tag or title or some other unseen problem?

Get a die set from Harbor Freight and put your vin somewhere in case anyone ever looks.
