Decal Removal
I've read a lot about people having trouble removing the outside decals on their buses, using razor blades, but still having to deal with the adhesive material with goo gone or something of the sort. i work in the heavy truck world and we remove decals all the time, we use something called a smart eraser pad, you can use your cordless drill and use it just like you would an eraser on a pencil, will take the decal right off and wont hurt the paint underneath.
hope this helps.

I just sanded mine off with my orbital and primered it. Unless you're keeping the yellow paint it doesn't really matter much.

They work like a charm, by far the easiest way to take off decals, inside, outside, on anything

I've got something similar by MAC, I use it mostly for removing decals that are really old and cracked to death....that come off in tiny pieces.
But I still find my tiger torch and SUPER-SOL [wax, tar and adhesive remover] the best for me....had the bus striped in a few hours inside and out.

Thought I'd throw up a pic. I pulled off half the reflective tape and all the decals that I could reach without a ladder.
Whizzy wheel type rubber disc, heat gun, and scraper.

If the decals are vinyl 90% of the time a kettle of boiling water will let them peel off with no issues. Some of the reflective safety tapes may or may not work with think as well.

Didn't do any good when I tried. Neither did gasoline.
