Epoxy

I have been toying with the idea of making my own countertops and using epoxy. If you saw the thread Heat and saw we get high temps (yesterday was 102). Inside the bus gets crazy hot. Question is in side the bus will that heat effect the epoxy too bad to even mess with it? I don't have anywhere else to put a countertop until it drys so would build in place.

I've never messed with the stuff so all new to me. Would it be doable or would there be some headaches in the future?
