Stick em down over the holes with some good adhesive and forget them.
Do you think that would work over a clump of seam sealer 550 like in my pics above? That might just be the premiere solution to this hole business then.

A couple of things if I may add to this. I have a buddy who is really good at body and paint. He uses panel bond to bond body panels onto cars. I think that would be a really good option over JB Weld or some epoxies. the panel bond is meant to take the abuse of everyday driving.

also another product to seal the floor would be Por15. Not sure exactly how it works but it does and very well. It will actually stop the rust and doesn't let it proceed further.

Just my .02 worth.
I used POR 15 on a large pipe horse arena and various other H braces around the place. It's a two part process and each component is very expensive. It works really well and it was 15 years before any degradation began to show but due to the high cost I believe there are cheaper alternatives out there that are just as effective. My thought anyway.

I have been using a product called Quest Restore for more than a dozen years. It is an industrial grade rust reformer that I tested to the max for more than four of those years with zero failure. I use it on all the (very rust prone) rebar in my cement sculpture. It is a Tannic Acid base with an extremely tough polymer that rises to the surface providing a final finish. One step, no need to paint over it. Runs about $17 bucks a quart but goes a long way. I have been using it on my bus and will be treating the entire roof with it before applying something like Bus Kote or some such. Can be brushed, rolled or sprayed (I have done all three and spraying provides the best finish.
