Big Box Hardware stores have a lot of that stuff as well. Wander down the aisles. you may be surprised at what you find.

We need a couple of the USB charger wall plates (for my tablet and possibly a yet-to-be-bought laptop) and since we only need two or three, I will be buying them locally since my store carries them in stock.
