The spot weld cutter worked great, but probably not nearly as fast as RexPearl's method (great thread and great info, BTW, Rex. Much appreciated). It took me 10-15 minutes per window. That includes the time needed to center-punch each weld, drill the welds out, and remove the panel sections. It does not include the time spent removing the windows themselves or the screws securing the panels to the ribs. Each window had 25-30 welds per.

You can try a spot weld cutter, or a spot weld drill bit. I tried both and settled for the bit. I drilled mostly thru the first layer then gently popped the weld with a chisel between the panels, cleaned it up with the grinder and that worked well.
