Newbie... Needing ideas!

Okay we just got our schoolie and we cut most of the seats out and am in the process of sticker removal and painting .,,, so far so good! However, I need some ideas.
1. Any uses for the little stop sign flipper. It is air driven and seems to work fine.... I hate to just chuck it when it could probably be used for something.
2. Wheel chair lift???! Any uses other than just a lift.

I'd sure appreciate any good ideas. Thanks

So, we were originally going to remove our lift, but then realized it has come in soooo handy! As we were doing our build it was a lifesaver for loading heavy/bulky items into the bus. As we now use our bus, it is great for the heavy cooler full of beer! We also have been using it as a table or cooking area at campsites/etc. just lower it to the level you need and its great!

You got a motorcycle lift in yours? nice!

Remember; if you sit around it, put a brace/ jack stand underneath it in case it fails and falls. Knees and legs are no match for falling steel.

Well it's a little short for a bike...narrow for a 4wheeler.... But that's good advice on the safety issue. Thanks!

we don't really sit around it, but the way ours is built - even if it failed, it wouldn't fall though....

A guy in my state removed the lights from his stop arm and primed over everything and wrote the name of his bus on it.
