Ok so a crazy idea came to me the other night. I painted the roof recently with an elastomeric paint which drastically changed the exterior roof temp even during the hottest part of the day. Now, i was wondering, in an attempt to cut down heat transfer, what is the chance the painting the interior ribs and metal with something would help as well especially since the steel ribs are the biggest culprit when it come to exterior/interior heat transferring?
does anything im saying make a wisp of sense or am i just a mad man? seems to make sence to me but idk
