I was wonder what to use to seal the body seams.

Which seams? Do they leak? Generally we need a lot more info when you ask a question.

sorry the seam on the sides where the panels meet and yes they leak sitting inside on the floor you can see light from outside

Still not enough info. Sounds like you must have inner panels off? Still, I can't think of any place on a Bluebird that the outer panels don't overlap. Can you post a picture of exactly where you are talking about?

let me start over its a 2002 bluebird all inner panels are off plywood is off the floor behind the wheel on the driver side the are two seams that leak what can I use to seal them also I would like to seal all seams anyway just for peace of mind

OEM grade "Seam Sealer". Most any auto paint supply.

That's why I requested pictures, I don't see how you could see light on a overlapping seam that isn't damaged in some way.
On a seam that overlaps, if it leaks, I don't really see any way of fixing it other than take it apart and apply sealer where it overlaps. I don't see that slapping something on the outside of it would do much good, maybe short term. If you put it on the outside it will maybe work for a while, but look bad. If you put it on the inside, it may keep the water out, but water will get in that far and probably rust.

Say WHAT? That's just wrong. Looks like somebody at the factory omitted the original seam sealer/caulk/adhesive.

That said...injecting an OEM type seam sealer will keep water out but you will have to work it deep into the joints...not just on the outer edges.

Bummer.
