Why is nobody considering marine grade plywood? That's in the same price neighborhood as the plastic sheets.
Marine grade ply will be one of the things I pay up $$ for.

I looked at marine grade plywood, then I looked at regular plywood, back to marine grade and then back to regular again. It wasn't a hard decision because I'm pretty cheap. If this plywood rots out before I do I'll scold myself severely.

You're assuming I meant evasion. Jack up the bus and put a WA tag on it. Then drive it to WA. Tell OR to piss off!!

Well, there's a little problem of leaving my real estate behind. It's good to have a place to park where I won't get kicked out.

WA tags are calculated differently than OR tags. It's the WA people that falsely register for OR tags, because it's cheaper, that usually get in trouble for using an OR address. WA tags are fairly expensive as they are based on the value of your vehicle. I find that strange since they also have sales tax.

ORs tax base is from real estate. Tags are cheap here but property taxes are way up there. WA doesn't have property tax since they have sales tax.

Being mathematically challenged I'd agree to a little standardization on taxes between states. Flat tax anyone?

We have property and sales tax. And lottery that's supposed to 100% go toward education. But our schools are pitiful. http://www.orlandosentinel.com/featu...30th-post.html
Trying to get a pack of smokes or some fuel at the convenience store takes forever due to the huge lines of gamblers waiting to "win big" on the lottery so they can buy more tickets. End rant.

How can so many people believe that they are going to win at gambling?

I guess it must be true. The casinos just hand out money. No wonder I never got rich.

Then you've never been to Atlantic City. The only people the casinos here hand money to are the corporate owners. And, in the past 3 years, we've had 5 declare bankruptcy.

And since we drifted...NJ has income, sales, and property taxes; lottery, and both casinos and ponies. Our schools are a mixed bag (high income and high property tax areas equal great schools; low income and high property taxes equal crappy schools). And we *still* have a massive budget gap...which probably went into Krispy Kreme's belly. Thank Cthulhu he's out of office in November.
