Toilet room size
Trying to figure out the smallest size we can get away with for a walled in toilet room (no shower) and still be able to get off the toilet. Anyone know?

Put up some cardboard walls. Try it out, would be my best bet.

Exactly. Cardboard-Aided Design is still the best way, maybe the only way, to visualize real-world sizes and spaces. Drawing pretty little sketches on a computer doesn't tell you if the loo paper holder is where you can easily reach it, or if you'll hit the shower head when shampooing your hair, or if you'll have enough room to see or stir the stovetop's back burners when you're standing close to the overhead cabinets in the kitchen. You get the idea! It also helps you visualize where shadows will fall inside the bus at different times of the day, then you can better design the interior colors and sightlines to maximize the feeling of spaciousness, always a challenge in something only 90" wide inside.
My bathroom will be 5 feet long and about 2'6" wide with a sliding door, and the Dometic 310 loo is angled about 20 degrees from straight ahead to give me better legroom and elbow room - no cramping while crapping. The shower will be opposite the hallway, so no wet loo paper for me!

i think about 3' x 4' is close to a minimum. check which toilet you get since some have different stand off requirements. most are 11-12" off the back wall.

just buy a safety harness and hang out the back door ! no room used at all and no black tank to drain. i also plan on making a portable latrine using like a shower curtain, cloth chair with a hole cut off and a plastic bag in a bucket under the chair situated away from bus while boondocking

Bathroom
Our bathroom will be roughly 33 inches by 55 inches. My wife has changed the floor plan several times during our process. For us the bigger issue is the plumbing underneath. '

a US standard minimum width is 36" and 34" is supposed shoulder width?
From my international plumbing code handbooks. I will say? Build for you what you need and look at RV plumbing for the minimum space. Most likely 30"
Good luck

I sized mine with my coveralls. How much room I needed to fight to get them off and back up. That was the area I needed to do the toilet dance.

Here's a thought sit on it and take a measurement. Then place a box at that distance and try to get up and sit down.
