Re: 1972 IH Ward Conversion

Yes that is the same thing you could use it to circulate the water through but I am using it like a tankless water heater, I turn it on a minute before I want hot water and then turn it off when I am done. The one I have is also 1000 watts.

Re: 1972 IH Ward Conversion

I put my television on of those wall brackets so now it is held much better inside the cabinet and can come out and move in any direction.

Re: 1972 IH Ward Conversion

I got my wheel covers tonight, to attach them the frame is put in the lip of the wheel and held secure by expanding the hoop with a nut. The mounts are rubber and the security screws that hold the cover on also have rubber grommets. The rear covers are also available in a deep configuration but I didn't want to have any clearance issues. I will get a picture of the full bus with them on in the morning when there is light. They also came with nice center caps but I am choosing to not use them.

Re: 1972 IH Ward Conversion

Here is what they look like on the bus, if you can fit them I would still probably like the deeper rears better.

Re: 1972 IH Ward Conversion

Got a new Winegard antenna for $7 but had to build my own mount. If this doesn't work well I'm not out much.

Re: 1972 IH Ward Conversion

Finally got in my refurb King Dome, this is the smaller dome but still does on the go tracking. I routed the cable for the dome and the antenna through the cover that came with the dome.

Love that wood work!

My wife saw it, so now I know what I will be doing inside mine when I get to that stage

Re: 1972 IH Ward Conversion

I love your bus, it has a lot of character. Where did you get the water circulation heater and how well does it work? Do you think it would be suitable to heat all the water for a skoolie?

I love the shiny rim covers too, but $200 is a real kick to the wallet, do you think they are worth it over a rustoleum finish?

Keep up the good work!
