I have it titled as a motorhome but no one will touch it because it does not have a bathroom or a stove. They don't care about the deck on top or the deck on the back but they are worried about it not having a bathroom!?!??!?!?!

Actually bought the bus like that. The last owner ran into a guard rail in colorado because he let a woman drive it and bent in that panel...so i cut it off and I am now adding a 8 burner grill underneath in that hole that will be on casters and make a cover for it with diamond plate.

thank you guys GMAC was the easiest cheapest I found, on another note what else can I add to this tailgating machine before August? I say before August because I got invited to the national collegiate tailgating championships in Atlanta, Ga.
