I'm no electrician at all. One pic shows a solenoid. Leave that for sure. One shows the wiper motor.

IDK none of that looks too bad. I'd say if it aint broke don't fix it.

Try removing unwanted stuff one thing at a time and label it all?

I guess I can just bundle it all up with zip ties and hide it in whatever I make to go over there

Probably the best thing to do.
In a bus as old as yours you should be able to eliminate a lot of the school bus stuff. No interlocks or anything to worry about. But man electrical problems can be a PITA on a bus!

About your relays Nick.

I would leave them all for now until you get to know what they all do or if extras etc.

When you are sure of each relay and it's wire numbers and where they go,

then make notes and disconnect if you like. Some you might disconnect the coil only, others the switched contacts.
One at a time ntil you are certain the bus runs and operates as normal to you.

Any wires disconnected i would just pull back to where they can be bundled easily and keep for future use if needed. At least then, you know where both ends are and note, mark or get a pic of the tag you put on it.

ECCB and John, thank you for taking the time to look at the pics. I'm going to follow your advise and leave things how they are. When I do delete any wires, I'll track em down and see if they go to anything. Thanks again!

1990 Ford Bluebird Conversion (No Name Yet)

It all came as a single package. The package said to put the GFCI outlet in. I'll double check the outlet tomorrow. Thanks!

So the mini split air handler got mounted today. That's 3/4" sanded play it's hanging on. There are three ways to run the cooling lines, left right and back the left or right. I just went to the right and I'll cover the lines with some wood. It was nerve wracking bending the lines but I did it. Ran it over to the wall and out of a 3" hole in the floor. I half have the electric work center hooked up. I have to go back and ground a couple of other breakers before I finish hooking it all up.

I'll run the outlet for the mini split to switch so I can turn it all the way off with out unplugging it or I thought I could run a switch to the breaker and just run the split to the switch? Thoughts on that?Click image for larger version

I've run the lines for the split and it is up and working. Had to replace to o-rings to get it to seal but it works well. Compressor is super quiet as well. Got the electric hooked up as well. Grounded the bus to the AC ground bar. All is working as it should.

O-rings where the lineset connects to the compressor. It's a diy unit that comes precharged. I think when I was closing the connection it wasn't in right and messed up the rings.

I'll grab some pics if I have my phone later on.
