I removed the forward and rear lights up top. I do have the correct forward Amber and rear red marker lights. Plus a few Amber lights I installed down the side.

Thanks. I might just try to return them all to HD and order new ones

You mean the front and rear red and amber flashing lights that are required by law to be removed?

Is everybody saying the same thing but using different words? The flajers have to go, the marker lights have to stay. Up front, three Amber in the middle and one on each upper side for 5 marker lights. The rear is the same except red instead of Amber. If you keep the round flashers, they need to be changed to a clear lens.

Battery update:

They all tested bad... So... I called up Renogy and they are replacing all 4 under warranty. The batteries were supposed to arrive on the 2nd of May...

However, they were "lost" between UPS freight and their partner company Beaver Express. Neither company knows where they are.

Called Renogy back to explain the situation and they immediately sent out another 4 replacement batteries!!! They shipped with a different company and should be in around the 13th of May.

Being delayed by an extra 2-4 weeks wasn't part of the plan but I guess you have to roll with the phone. Planning on Carlsbad Caverns as our next stop.

We bought a Nighthawk router from otr mobile. $60 a month for unlimited data, unthrottled. We will see how it works. So far, after a day, we can use all our devices with no problems. Runs off of ATT towers

Does OTR sell you a fon # to use their router?
I use Cricket, $55/M unlimited data, too. Faveset Klink app to tether fon->computers. (Tho it may well choke back data after 24G. Haven't hit that wall yet.)

I'll be watching for performance updates. Cricket is a subsidiary of ATT, & likewise uses their towers.
Spotty & weak (1 bar consistently) where I'm at, but semi-serviceable, at least.
