Well I ripped the ceiling down and rehung it after trimming loctite foam back out of the way. The worst project is one you have to do twice. But overall I only lost about 60 dollars so it could have been worse I guess. Anyways. I made some custom cuts for the steps to make them look better, now all it lacks is about 3 coats of spar varnish and some trim and I think I will be a pretty solid entryway. We also finished hanging the walls up, and I used an oscillating tool to trim out where the windows were afterwards. Paint is next then laying the flooring.
