As I looked through the technical information about electrical usage, I couldn't help but try to imagine the solar panels and batteries with the necessary converter to handle 1800 W demand for over an approximate 20 minute cycle, after you push the button, on the incenolet.
250 W solar panels are in the $600 area and the deep cell small AVG batteries start out at just over $200 for around 65 amp hours. I read about ohms law and voltage, wattage, amprege and concluded though expensive some portion of electrical supply for the toilet should be through solar. Love looking through all the new information becomes out on the Internet solar energy and wind energy and all the related hardware.
Improvements in batteries in the last few years is very promising just as availability and affordability of solar panels. Grid tie computer panels present the possibility of convenience off-the-shelf plug-and-play hardware, that the average handyman can assemble and maintain.
