i just tested the night vision. it works and you can see within a circle created by the infrared leds that circle the lens, causing distortion around the edges. not too bad. i wonder how well it will work when the buses reverse light come on

i also added in a 12dc power outlet i ripped out of a car so i can charge my phone in the bus. i attached it to the 20 amp fuse that once ran the warning lights. these pictures are blurry

Looks nice, having the rear cam is really nice I love mine and have it on most of the time, but I still use the mirrors all the time, don't want to depend on the camera, it will be nice when towing. your bus is looking great keep it up.

i agree, i feel much more comfortable using mirrors, but this should help me as i don't have the interior mirror of most of my rear windows.

That's pretty much how I did mine. DC runs in the raceway behind the angled roof panels, and then AC, my charge cables from my alternator to my coach batteries, and a couple misc. things are run under the chair rail.

Yup! I'm pretty impressed with mine. I know they all have their strengths and weaknesses, but there were a few key things that seemed to make the project easier. That chair rail being one of them. It seemed like a nuisance at first, and I almost cut it off, until I realized that it made a PERFECT channel to run cabling, etc... through. Also very nice to anchor structural things to.
