Almost ran out of holes to rivet. Actually I did run out of holes on the passenger side. Driver's side is only partially drilled.

7 vertical rows riveted Sat. About 250 rivets.

Took a tour of this place on Sunday. I'm definitely going to keep it in miind while building the interior. I dunno if I'll build my own cabinets or not but this will give me the option to.

Plasma cutter, CNC in wood, embroidery, etc. So, I'll be able to do all kinds of fine detail stuff for fit and finish. All of which is yet to be decided on.

Looks great. Thatís tedious work, so many potential leaks unless itís done right. What sealer are you using on your seams? Iím looking forward to the day Iím all sealed up & I donít have to drill anymore holes. If only it would stop snowing here.

Turns out I've got to take Metal 1 first. Can't test out of it. Called back a third time asking if the Metal Foundations covered TIG. If it does, I'll take that as it covers Metal 1 and 3 as well.

I was going to seam seal between the sheets but then didn't. It's a sealer not a bonder so figure I'll use it on just the seams.

I'm also going to spray foam the interior so I'm not too worried about leaks.

Random photo. Bought it from Advance Auto I think it was. Might have been Auto Zone.
