I'd fill out the form, check off two boxes and go to a different office.

I'd also copy and paste just the affidavit part into a new document

2nd attempt at dmv

So I thought I would try a different dmv. Nope, same result. Have to weigh it. Fill out form HSMV 82105 and HSMV 82100. I just took it to get it weighed. She weighs 21160lbs. Will try again tomorrow. Couple issues, over heated slightly, was low on water and oil pressure only went up to about 40 to 50 psi. Not sure what it really should be. It drops to like 20 at idle. Still needs oil change so hope that helps. Now there will be a radiator flush in her future.

Ok, this is the last time I'll chime in. The form you keep showing is for a change of body, not for a change of title. These are two different things. A change of body would be for something like buying an old vw bug and dropping a Corvette body on it. You are just needing to change the title from school bus to Motorhome. That is not changing the body.

Pretty much exactly what I told them. This is what they are telling me. I brought in the tl-13-05 with me both times. Pinellas for ya. As long as it gets done I'm good.

So many dealers over there are lying on their title forms I'll bet the tag offices are making title changes harder. Who knows.

I hope I don't encounter what you are. Last time I went I handed them a slip of paper and they handed me my motorhome title.

Avery's used trucks in Avon park. He was suppose to do all this title work for me but did not. The bus came from Georgia.

We no longer own a bus

We now own a Motor Home

So third time was the charm. No issues this time. Gave them the HSMV 82100, HSMV 82105 and the certified weight slip. They used procedure TL-04. I may be the only person in Florida to have to do it this way but at least it's done.

Woohoo! congrats! I went the Vermont route to try and avoid all the hoops and just get it done. its been 1 week so far. They give a transferable registration though, so not exactly sure how that process is handled if i ever switch it to Texas

Nice Rig, beast of a combo.
Great progress so far and congrats on making the hoops necessary and otherwise to appease "The Man"
