We replaced the old radio with a radio/CD player I had and moved one of the speakers to the front. I only have 3 speakers (4 covers but 3 speakers) so I have to buy one more. My radio can handle 6 speakers but I wired up for 4, front L&R, rear L&R, the "rear" is over the kitchen area. My speakers were all lined up on driver's side of the bus and all used the same two wires. We ran new wiring to one of the front speakers and strung new wiring to the speakers on the passenger side of the bus (strung the wires thru the front bin over the windshield). We "fished" the wires thru the ceiling to the speaker openings while we had the panels above the windows out. We used a section of a gizmo we used to use for fishing electrical lines thru walls of houses. Speakers work great and sound really good (and I did "turn it up"
). I was surprised to find they worked. Now I have two holes in the ceiling... one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. I'm not sure what I will do with them.
