I'm doing the same thing with a bulkhead wall behind the driver's seat separating the living compartment from the cab (not as far back, though - only about two feet behind the driver's seat, should be enough for both of my bikes) and a double ford transit van seat with integrated three-point belts in front of this. It seems sensible to combine the garage-y area with the cab since you can't really insulate the cab properly.

I will have no AC while driving, however. Good thing I have experience living in FL with no AC (in my house or my car) and don't really mind heat so much.
