IDK, but a cat and rust shouldn't cost you more than scrap.
I'd MUCH rather have your 95 with mechanical DT than just about any bus.

I like mine a lot, the other was cheaper, came from the same school and had a few less miles..
The rust wasn't anything I was worried about, like I said not very much..maybe the size of the end of a Coke can..very very repairable.
Like I said the floor plan was what we were looking at. Don't know if it was a ($1500)
