Not a bad idea... but to be honest, it took all of about 20 minutes to make the template. I only made two. One right front and one right rear. Flip them over and you have the left. Done.
If only the front and rear was the same shape.

More welding... more modifications... more fun.

A friend came over again and helped me build a motorcycle carrier on the front of my bus. I love it! 500 miles later and it is proving to be bomb proof.

Added "snow plow" lights to help keep the fuzz happy. I've used the lights once and so far between the snow plow lights and the factory lights that shine through the wheel spokes it works great. Very happy with the outcome.

I made one fatal mistake though..... if and when I need to tow this bus... I'll have to cut the carrier off the front. Opps. I suppose the alternative was to make the rack removable. Maybe after the first time I need to cut the rack off I'll re do it with a reciever hitch style system. Live and learn, right!
