How to have a skoolie without tanks?

Hey all, I have a 96 3800 and I've been converting it for a few months now and am currently on family land while buliding this. I have never wanted to be mobile besides staying in an rv park while I save up for land to buy, but I've run into a problem;

The problem is I have to qualify for at least four of the six qualifications to be an rv in Texas, I meet all 4 except the black and grey water holding tanks which I don't want to install because once I have land I will just dump directly into septic. I may have to stay in an rv park for a while before I get land.

My question is, is there any way to plumb the grey water to a fitting that connects to a normal rv hose so that it will enable me to meet standards at an rv park without a tank? The black water I figured I'd use a portable tank and just dump when full water.

Right now my shower just drains to a bucket but obviously I can't have it like that, is there an option to have the shower/sink join and connect to one of those 3in hose adapters? Do they even make parts to make it an option? I'm using an iPhone an can't seem to upload pics of my bus

So far as having tanks is concerned: you could borrow a tank long enough to get inspected, or pick up a used tank from a wrecked RV, or makeshift something small and inexpensive (a 5 to 30 gallon water jug/barrel, even?).

For the hose connection, yes, those fittings are very standard and common. Just search your favorite online or physical RV supply for "rv sewer fittings" or similar and you'll be led right to the waste tank gate valves, pipe adapters for the same, and bayonet adapters for connecting the 3" hose.

Keep in mind to use wye fittings with the branch directed appropriately so waste flows the right way, use traps so you don't have odors rising (they will, even if you skip the tank and run hose direct to the campground sewer hookup), and have a plan for avoiding water backup (if the drain hose is disconnected and a cap installed, or drain valve is closed, you may not want waste water from the sink appearing in and overflowing the shower pan for example).

i dont recall who, but someone had a tankless system here. i believe they ran a drain pipe the length of the bus and used the volume of the pipe as temporary storage until they hookup back up to a sewer.

it was a tailgating bus if i recall.

a 4" pipe holds .65 gallons per foot. so a 30' pipe is almost a 20 gallon tank.
