I think I've found my bus, advice appreciated

Hey guys new to the site but I've been doing research for a few months now. I'm finishing medical school this month and going to take the plunge into the skoolie life so I can actually make loan payments during residency. I think I've found a great bus for my project, but was hoping to get some advice if it's a good bus to buy. All opinions welcome!
Here are the specs

1990 Chevrolet B600 School Bus

condition: good
cylinders: 8 cylinders
drive: fwd
fuel: diesel
odometer: 150083
paint color: yellow
title status: clean
transmission: manual
type: bus

8.2L V8 diesel, 150,083 miles, manual transmission, Telma electric retarder, no leaks, vehicle is in good working order. Tires in good condition, 11R 22.5 tire size, 65 person capacity, driver's seat and interior seats in good shape. Bus has a removable wrap with school bus yellow as the paint color.

Last D.O.T. inspection 4/21/2015
Last fleet mechanic inspection 6/26/2015

Manual trans is cool. Don't have to worry about what auto it's got in it. If you're planning on driving it a lot you may wanna check the rear end gear ratio to see what kinda RPM you'll be turning at highway speed.
