If your bus has a 444 and is hitting 72, I'd imagine its got a 2000 series Allison.
Take a pic of it when you can and then we'll know. Or run the vin online.

I apparently have 3 heaters and 1 is like a legit home radiator in height. I might keep it.
There is nothing quite like getting your first set of seats out.

your bus likely has more than 3 Heaters total.. many of the newer IC's have a Mid heater and a rear heater.. then there are usually 2 in the main driver console (left-side windhsield defrost and a foot warmer).. then there are usually 2 on the right side.. (right windshield defroster and the door heater / defroster).. often the deforsters are tied to the same dashboard switch...

all of the 2003 IC's I looked at had allison 2000s regardless of engine.. they were set up as 5 speeds and ran down the road nicely..

I feel your pain with battery powered tools!
Although not as bad as your times, and using two batteries, i was able to cut a few pieces of lumber to start framing of the bed/storage box. I was so mad, though...i almost threw all of them in the trash and went to HF to get w/e they had...
But then, i love my little drill! i have a B&D "matrix" 12V with interchangeable heads (drill, circular saw, jig saw).
Just have to manage better my charging cycles...and maybe buy another battery + charger!

I have four batteries, 2 extended power gives me about 20 minutes on a 70 minute charge time. I also have 2 normal batteries that if used on any other than the angle grinder last all day. It is just the angle grinder thats killing me. The guy at the place im doing the conversion let me charge my batteries today. I got like 3 times as much done

I bought this exact one, and I love it. (It doesn't run my 8 gal husky air compressor though.....lol)

I like that generator more and more. Only 3 seats left on the skoolie! Been a grueling 4 days of work. Grueling mostly on my batteries lol. Ordering the genny to come next week sometime.
