Re: Jacuzzi Bus V
i may have found a buyer for the bus. A gentleman in boston is just starting a limo service and he thinks that a jacuzzi bus would be a nice asset to his fleet. he said there are lots of buses that take people out on the town in boston, but none of them have a jacuzzi!

I live in New England; if he needs help with transportation, gimme a holler. I have a class B CDL, passenger & tank endorsements, and can drive a standard shift.
What's the name...I might have heard it.

Re: Jacuzzi Bus V
I have been told you have one of the best systems for using the stock heaters by putting in a closed loop?
Could you steer me to where it is explained?
I am worried about sprouting a leak in my heater loop and draining off all my anti-freeze before i realize it.
Thanks

Re: Jacuzzi Bus V
almost a week into the auction and she's only at 100 bucks. If i have to put her on again i'm thinking about doing a no reserve auction.

Re: Jacuzzi Bus V
Always better not too. People tend to not bother with them as they dont want to put a bid and then find out that the reserve was not met so nothing happened. If I see reserved on something, I go to the next one.
Sorry to say.

Re: Jacuzzi Bus V
I do a lot of ebay'ing and I ALWAYS skip auctions with a reserve. I never understand why they dont just set the open bid to = whatever they want as a minimum.
I mean whats the point of having say a $400 open bid with a reserve of $700. and then I bid $400 only to be told its not = to the reserve. blah pain in the ass so I skip reserve auctions as do a lot of peeps I think.

Re: Jacuzzi Bus V
I recently saw either a 2006 or 2007 Lincoln Town Car 120" stretch that sold on ebay for a $15K and some change that was in excellent shape. I noted there was no reserve and it was the first auction I saw for such a vehicle without a reserve. Typically, equipment like that would sell for $30K average.

I may have missed it in the thread. What engine does this one have? 5.9 Cummins?

Re: Jacuzzi Bus V
yes, 5.9 cummins and the bus has under 70K miles on it.

Re: Jacuzzi Bus V
just started the new "no reserve" auction.
this bad economy sucks! it used to be much easier to sell jacuzzi buses.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=320430763101
2 of my other buses sold this time of year.

Re: Jacuzzi Bus V
i appreciate the gesture, but please don't bid if you are not interested in the bus.
looks like no reserve auction is the way to go so far! only been a couple days and it's already over $2K and it has 33 watchers. Thats all without spending extra money (40 dollars or so) on fancy adversiting stuff on ebay which i normally do with a bus auction.
