Re: Joel and Brittney
Got all the seats out. Got the materials to move the heater from the back to the front where it would benefit us most while travelling down the road.
Anyone have any suggestions on what to fill the holes with in the floor?
I plan on using some foam insulation with some plywood on top of it for flooring.

Wow! Great platform. Looking forward to more pictures.
Did I see a little grease in the background of one of those pictures?

How I patched the holes in the floor that were left behind by the various bolts and screws. First I used a small hole saw and cut thru the rubber flooring. The pilot bit made the screw holes nice and clean. A dot of clear elastometric roof seal (Henry's brand from Home Depot) was plopped over the hole. A thin piece of metal flashing was cut with a pair of kitchen shears and pressed into the wet elastometric caulk. The clear seems to be less messy than the black. I used both kinds because I had a partial tube of the black. And it was the last tube of the black I bought.

Re: Joel and Brittney
I think a few blobs of caulk will do nicely since i'm covering the floor with some water resistant foam.

If you got to ask, you don't want to do it. First, you have to buy a wire feed welder, then learn to use it on sheet metal. I could forsee the holes getting larger, not smaller.

Re: Joel and Brittney
Bus-Bro is correct --- if you have access to a little wire fed mig welder, that's the way to go. But they are very easy to learn, use and dial in for sheet metal. I must have filled in over a hundred various sized holes in my floor with one. Sealants and goo are gonna go away over time and the larger the hole, the more likely all the work you put on top of it will be exposed to water & road grime from below. To my mind, now is the time to do it right and forget it for another 65 years (that's how old my floor is).
