You mounted your air horns under you side window. Mine are so loud, I plan to mount them about ten feet above my roof.
I like the contrast between your window pillars and the rest of the bus.

Re: La Tortuga...updated 08-26-13
They blast in front of me, with window open you can barely hear them.....in front of them they hurt
above and behind you they will be loud to you since they are behind you

This is an area that my wife has recently shocked me. She is very compassionate, quiet, doesn't like to rock the boat, and doesn't get mad easily. She wants me to get train horns, lol...

Re: La Tortuga...updated 08-26-13
I also like the black window pillars. I've seen that on other buses and always liked the look of it. I've also seen people paint the actual window frames black, but that seems like a lot of work, and I'd be afraid the paint would start chipping off. Did you use flat black, or is that satin?

Re: La Tortuga...updated 08-26-13
okay
before leaving on our trip I had to have some tire work done, for $20 I took it down the street from work
and for $50 I got a rim,spare and mounted!!
ended up just laying it on the floor, way too heavy!
I made a set of mounts for a quick ladder in and out of bus and it still works as a step ladder
this was temp, since I am putting a deck on the back

Re: La Tortuga...updated 08-26-13
Lisa got off work and we hit the road at 4pm, plan was to stay somewhere around Raleigh, but! when I got out of the mountains near Silor, it was getting dark and cooling down so I kicked it into 4 gear and hammer down at 2300 rpm....65 mph!!!!
I was loving it and just kept driving...at 1 am we stopped as soon as we got onto Manteo island here
When we pulled into the rest area the first sign I saw said "No Overnite parking"...shiat...Lisa got the non emergency number and I called the cops, told them I was beat and needed to rest...dispatch said "Honey, don't worry I will tell officers to leave you alone"
Wow...cool...looky!!!
good morning bus!
we stopped at a Dunkin' donuts for a jelly donut and coffee(it had been years for a fresh donut)
we beat feet down to Avon to get the rental car
had to pee
lots of bridges
next stop Bodie lighthouse and then campground
