been busy and have had crappy internet



we made some paella

mussels,clams, shrimp, and calamari

prepping some stuff


made garlic parmesian bread



and paella is done


more food:

shrimp and scallop allfredo



on the ferry




I could do this everyday



I played in the sand





I grabbed an Allisoris by the horns!! and rode that Beotch!!!!


and last nights snack....

I'm betting by looking at the great pics you post that you are probably the only bus that can wear out a corkscrew!

Impatience.......... but so glad someone else is getting to use their skoolie for more than a place to work!

Food looks fabulous! Guess I'll have to follow you on an adventure at least once!

nah...we have atleast 3 or 4 of them that get swapped around

serious note, all it is; a cast iron burner from northern tool($20) with 3 air shields leaning against the base(i sheared several different sizes of air guards at work, also work as shims for level.(been using for years)

we also use a couple $9 700watt electric eyes from dollar store (been using them for years also)

fanciest pc we have is the rotisserie oven/convection oven/1200 watt toaster oven....it was free from mom, she upgraded/downsized...it is perfect for bread, pizza and cornish hens

never used the grill this trip..weird....

when I do the deck, I will have smoker mounted....so we can do pork bbq...thus making everyone "hate" the bus at campground


new color scheme has really grown on me...there are 145+ campers here...they are all the same color...everyone loves our "turd in a punch bowl" standout rig
