I tried twice to post the pics for you. But I'm glad you found the tubs.
I felt the same way, the 50 gal was the best fit. I'm gonna go that route, too.
Very nice bus you have. I like the color scheme.

Merry Christmas ya'll

Santa brought me new cook top burners...out with old And in with new wave induction units...by...by...700 watt burners

(Will keep them on board as backup and more cooking surface for parties)

Congrats on the new burners Bansil, you must have been a REAL GOOD BOY this year !!!!!!!!

I bought the new 12 version burner about two months ago and I just love, love, love it. The only problem I had was that my OLD but excellent $250 Caphalon pots & pans do not work on it. I did the magnet test before I bought the burner so I already expected it but bought it anyway. Hopefully, my neighbor will enjoy that set as much as I did.

In searching the Web for a new induction ready set I ran across a set that not only looked great but the price was right (about $50 with free S&H) They are from COOK-N-HOME and is a 12 piece set. They are made from professional stainless steel and contains 1 10 inch fry pan with cover and 5 pots of various sizes all with covers. What I liked about them beside the look of them (they are elegant looking and allow me to take them from burner to table) sort of like a "my **** don't smell" attitude about them. All of the pots have two handles instead of the one long handle. I was unsure of the handles as they do not contain any covering to prevent me from burning my hands when picking up...but to my surprise they do not get hot on the NUWAVE (Not so much as Clint can attest to on the kitchen stove). These came from one of Walmarts affiliates WAYFAIR and they must have shipped them over night as I got them just two days after I placed the order.

I also dug out an old rusted 3 piece set of LODGE cast iron frying pans from the barn and once I got all the rust of off them, I seasoned them and they work well also.

I love the NUWAVE for making hot dips as I can keep it on low, hence keeping warm all night if I should choose to along with anything else if family members show up at different times to eat.

I also bought the NUWAVE OVEN from one of the shopping channels as I can try it till the 31st of January and return it if I decide I didn't like it. The oven will take up a good bit of space in the bus, but I can store it in a cabinet when not in use. At first I was VERY, VERY skeptical of it but since I plan on using these as my only forms of cooking on the bus I have since jumped in with both feet and have used only them since I bought them, saving the kitchen stove as backup should supper turn into a major disaster. I have to say that to date that hasn't happen. In fact, I have since cooked a pumpkin pie and the turkey & dressing for Thanksgiving and a 5 pound prime rib for Christmas and all turned out just great.

As for the wattage. My burner operates from 600W on the low setting to 1800W on the sear setting and the Oven uses 1500W and can cook from 100 to 350 degrees. I thought that would also become a problem but have since discovered that by raising the rack and using/removing the extender ring I can adjust the temp to my liking. I am looking forward to using in the bus as I am sure I can find a place in my cabinet to store these when not in use which has given me room for another cabinet where my stove would have went.

Let us know how you feel about your burners and remember. If you should have to buy another set bring a magnet with you and or, if ordering on line be sure that the description states "induction ready" and you should be fine.

Thanks for the info, we have been hesitant for several years and have "touched them" every time we see them at the store, this one says 1300 watts on bottom and 99% of our cookware works great

On Christmas morning I used it for scrambled eggs for son and wife, 5 eggs, 1/2 cup milk whipped to get her, got eggs almost done hit the pause button and the sizzle went away and they stopped cooking, grabbed about a cup of grated cheese tossed it in and hit start...instant sizzle a minute later they were done perfect, no burning scorching etc, I was impressed with heat control compared to our home stove which is burners under glass....which sucks( the thermostats turn off/on too much)
