looks like you had a great trip, your breakfast looks tasty too. did you have any surprises with the items inside your bus while in motion?

Everything was in tots or secured while in motion.
Empty trashcan fell and slid when I jump on brakes hard(car pulled out in front of me...it got blood pumping for sure)
It was wedge in the green fridge strap and popped out

Glad to hear the trip went well. And the extras you've added look fantastic. I really like the front screen.

There's always a big sigh of relief after getting home after that first trip and nothing broke/fell off/blew up.

Re: El Tortuga...update 11-13-12!
Bansil, the white paint was a good idea. Sorta makes it look like the bus is dressed in a formal tux . Gotta ask--what's the Isuzu tag all about? Jack

We have been part of the Elite group that modifys and own Isuzu's for the last 12 years, great group of folks we actually met on the internet
Since we are not predijust against makes/models that join us at our gatherings several times a year, we have a few Toyotas, jeeps, fords etc that run isuzu plates so they "blend in"
A good friend Jerry is actually the original tech that went to japan and trained to come back and train all isuzu techs when they launched over here.
He also helped build several factory race cars....best part....he has a warehouse of new parts that he got by buying out dealers whenisuzu pulled out of usa
Jack sorry so winded..
Short answer... "it's Kool"
Actually had a wonderlodge owner(actually 2 a 1988 and 200?) Check out the bus at our last gathering,we have met him several times,he smiled when he approached the front...its all fun
What a rant

Re: El Tortuga...update 11-13-12!
I've always thought one of the really big, chrome VW bus logos would look cool on the front of a 40 footer. Probably get a few odd looks as well.

Two thumbs up on the bumper paint. It frames that big black area nicely.
