Hey Dan!
Looking much better! How about some more updates?

I'm in the middle of finally doing mine.

Sorry I missed Haspin this year, I heard it was a CRAZY one!

I second that! I would love to see updates. This is essentially the same bus as ours... and we want a white bus too Nice build! I have been looking deep into the conversion threads for inspiration these past few weeks!

Nice job.
There is a serious safety issue I saw in your painting of the bus.
No shirt with lots of bare skin and no filter mask.
Inhaling this stuff and getting it on your skin; allot of former painters have cancer.

Re: Ludicrous Speed

Cool bus.

Thx for the pics.

Odd putting the door on the drivers side. Any reason for it, or just where it worked out?

Thx Nat

I believe that's where the emergency exit was originally on his bus.

Re: Ludicrous Speed

I'm back guys! Burned myself out on building the bus 2 summers ago, and now I'm ready to get back at it!
Thanks for the props!

And to Ferro... welcome to the forum!

Just caught up on your build thread, a lot of good info in there. Thanks for documenting all that. I really like how you've demonstrated you can still make a nice finished product while spending as little as possible on new material. You salvaged a lot of stuff out of the old rv which was perfectly useful.

Also I love the fact that your kids are so involved in the process. This will be a great learning experience for them in so many ways. It's a lot easier for them to understand and appreciate what goes into something like this when they actually participate in its construction.

Can't wait to see what you've got up your sleeve next.
