Made the purchase in Indiana.

Bought this jewel yesterday. 1998 Thomas 72 pass. Cat motor ( I know wish it was a Cummings) Allison auto trans, plans are for master bedroom, 4 bunk beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen, table, and futon.
Started taking seats out yesterday ( that's a job) hopefully this gets finished up today. I'll keep updates coming. Wish us luck.

Welcome to the Mayhem! --- And congrats on finding a platform to build on. Like many others, I do prefer Cummins....but...properly maintained they are fine running engines. You might touch base with member"M1031A1". He has a really sweet running Cat and is pretty familiar with their needs.

I've owned many Cats, never had any issues I couldn't handle.
